The hydraulic station is composed of a pump device, an integrated block or valve combination, an oil tank, an electric control, and an accumulator. It is the power system for screen changer filter replacement and cleaning. The motor of the hydraulic station drives the oil pump to rotate, and the pump sucks oil from the oil tank to supply oil, converts the mechanical energy into the pressure energy of the hydraulic station, and the hydraulic oil realizes the direction, pressure and flow adjustment through the integrated block (or pump valve combination) and then connects to the cylinder or oil motor of the hydraulic machinery through the external circuit, so as to control the change of the direction of the hydraulic motor, the size of the force and the speed of the speed, and promote the hydraulic machinery to do work. The hydraulic station is divided into two kinds of storage tank type and ordinary type, the hydraulic station with storage tank type is usually used in the single-plate and single-column screen changer, there is always a screen change component in the process of changing the screen, and the material will not be broken, at this time, the screen changer must be required to be very stable to minimize the impact on downstream products.
