DETAILS

The main body of the screen changer is composed of four independent filter blocks, and the filter block works in turn. It has good sealing, pressure resistance, wear resistance and long life when working. Filter block preheating station and exhaust structure are provided. When changing the net, the gas in the new net can be discharged to maintain the balance of the pressure of the new net, and the problem of "bubble" can be completely solved. The exhaust position is also the preheating position of the mesh block, which can ensure that the temperature of the mesh to be replaced is the same as that of the mesh to be replaced, and avoid the crystallization of the molten material resulting in poor fluidity and even crystal points due to the low temperature of the new mesh block.

This type of screen changer is suitable for granulation, pipe, sheet, plate, PVB explosion-proof film production line, especially in PET and PP wire drawing, wire spraying, EPE, EPS, XPS foaming production has a more obvious effect.
